CYBERTRANS STUDIO — DESIGN ASSET LICENSE
Version 1.0 • 14 September 2026
APPLICABILITY
This license applies to the named product purchased through Whop with a Personal,
Commercial or Extended Commercial option. Your order identifies the tier you
purchased. All tiers include the same files; only usage rights differ. The six
eligible products are D01, D07-Shop, D07-Wick, D07-Duo, D10 and N04.
For this Whop purchase, this license replaces conflicting usage-permission text
in the product's guides, descriptions, examples and older terms. It does not
change a Creative Market purchase, which uses its applicable marketplace license,
or an earlier purchase made under other terms. Mandatory platform terms and
non-waivable legal rights continue to apply.
PERSONAL
One individual or household may use the product for personal, non-commercial
projects, including free private celebrations and personal invitations. Business
promotion, paid advertisements, product sales, paid events and client services
are not included. A business using a D07 campaign needs a commercial tier.
COMMERCIAL
One named purchaser — an individual or a single business/organization — may use
the product in its own business and create finished results for clients. This
includes finished advertisements, social posts, invitations, event decor,
packaging and permitted physical or digital end products. The combined limit is
5,000 end-product units sold over the life of this license, across all projects,
clients and sales channels using this product.
You may use a print shop, production contractor or print-on-demand provider to
produce finished physical goods with a fixed design within that limit. End
buyers must not gain access to source files or a tool for extracting or
customizing our source materials.
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL
Includes the same uses as Commercial, with a combined limit of 250,000 sold
end-product units. This tier does not grant source redistribution, exclusivity,
resale of templates or an independent enterprise resource-library license.
FINISHED RESULTS AND SALES COUNTING
A permitted digital end product must be a finished, non-editable composition
with a substantive original contribution from you, not our illustration,
pattern or template offered as a competing asset. Simple recoloring, format
conversion or export to PNG/PDF does not by itself qualify. Physical goods
carrying the design, including patterns or illustrations, may be sold under
the commercial tiers within their limits.
Each physical unit or digital copy sold counts once, including client sales.
The limit is combined for a purchased bundle, not multiplied by the number of
files or components. Advertising views, free promotional copies and decor for
your own events are not sold end-product units. Sales of unrelated goods merely
advertised by a flyer or social post do not count. Goods or packaging carrying
the licensed artwork as part of the sold item do count. Get written permission
before exceeding the limit; duplicate purchases do not automatically stack.
CLIENTS, STAFF AND PRODUCTION PROVIDERS
You may deliver a finished print or flattened PNG/JPG/PDF to a client for the
agreed project. The client may display, distribute or sell that finished result
within your applicable license limits, but cannot extract and independently
reuse our source assets. If the client needs reusable source files, it must buy
its own suitable license.
Employees and contractors may access files only as needed to work on behalf
of the named purchaser on its permitted projects, and must not use them for
their own projects. This is not a shared license for unrelated organizations,
affiliates or clients. Production providers receive only files needed to fulfil
your permitted orders and must not reuse them independently. You remain
responsible for these recipients' compliance and your combined sales limit.
NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY TIER
- Sharing, giving away, selling or publicly uploading original or modified
source ZIPs, SVGs, HTML editors, unpersonalized templates or asset libraries.
- Selling the files as clipart, patterns, digital papers or reusable templates,
including in bundles, memberships or resource libraries.
- Giving customers a customization tool, builder or source-asset download.
- Embedding the reusable assets into software or games for distribution.
- Transferring the license, claiming authorship of the original materials or
claiming exclusive rights over the licensed assets.
GENERAL
Permission is non-exclusive and worldwide, without recurring royalties, for
the duration of the applicable protected rights while you comply with these
terms. You receive usage permission, not ownership of the source materials.
No exclusivity or trademark clearance is promised. Keep your purchase record.
Later changes do not reduce the rights acquired with your purchase.
This is a digital product; printing, equipment and supplies are not included.
Product instructions, compatibility notes and limitations remain applicable.
Refunds and mandatory consumer rights follow applicable law and platform rules.
Nothing here excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
