CYBERTRANS STUDIO · PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy policy
Updated 7 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Cybertrans Studio is operated by Evgeny Foshkin in Montenegro. This notice covers our website, template orders and support. For privacy requests, contact support.studio@cybertrans.me. We are responsible for how information is used for our website, template delivery and customer support.
Whop processes information for its accounts, marketplace and checkout under its privacy policy. We use the order information made available in our seller account to provide template access, support and resolve purchase issues.
Website visits and hosting
Our website and domain mail service run on a netcup VPS in Nuremberg, Germany. Web servers may record your IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser information and referring page for operation, troubleshooting and security. We use these records for our legitimate interests in keeping the website available and preventing misuse.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we also load the Whop Pixel to measure visits to public pages and help Whop link website visits to purchases made through Whop. Whop receives browser and visit information under its privacy policy. We do not attach customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or order lookup tokens to pixel events. We do not send an additional purchase event: Whop records its own checkout payments. The pixel is excluded from our order-status page and URLs containing parameters outside our campaign and collection parameters.
The Whop Pixel is loaded only after you accept the updated analytics notice. A previous Google Analytics consent alone does not load it. Choosing No leaves shopping available. Withdrawal stops future pixel collection by reloading the page without the pixel; it does not delete information already received by Whop. Google Analytics consent and the existing order-consent mechanism remain available.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate location, product clicks and checkout attempts. For orders started on this website, we can link a confirmed purchase to your visit using Analytics browser and session identifiers. Purchase events include the product, edition, section or source collection, transaction reference, currency, amount and tax. An attempt or click is not counted as a completed purchase. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, billing address or card details to Analytics. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google signals.
Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Reject analytics” leaves shopping available and prevents this website from sending analytics events to Google. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes this site's Analytics cookies; it does not automatically remove previously collected data.
We remember your consent choice, its date and notice version in browser storage for up to 180 days. For an order with analytics enabled, we also retain this consent information with the browser and session identifiers in our private checkout records. After consent, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* with a configured lifetime of 180 days, which can be renewed on a visit. Detailed user and event data are retained for 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer.
Essential browser storage holds random order lookup tokens for up to 7 days so we can show your order status and apply an analytics withdrawal to pending purchase events. These tokens contain no name, email or card data. Temporary checkout and delivery-notification records on our server are removed after 90 days without activity; temporary rate-limit records expire after 2 days. These operational records are separate from Whop receipts and legally required business records. Changing browsers or clearing browser storage may prevent us from associating a withdrawal with an earlier checkout; contact us for help with a specific order or previously collected data.
Google processes analytics data on our behalf and may process it outside your country, including in the United States, under its applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. See how Google uses information from sites using its services and Google's privacy policy. The basis for this optional analytics is your consent. Contact support.studio@cybertrans.me for privacy requests.
Whop and Notion use their own technologies and privacy notices when you visit their services.
Orders and delivery
When you order, Whop collects the information needed for your order, including your name, email address, billing details and payment information where applicable. We can access customer and order information through our seller account, including the edition ordered, order reference, transaction status and contact details. We use this information to deliver the template, verify your entitlement, provide support and handle refunds. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Whop.
A Whop account and checkout contact information are needed to claim or purchase a product, including the Free edition. Access is provided inside the purchased product in Whop. Paid editions require successful payment. If required order information is not provided, the order or delivery cannot be completed. Order fulfillment relies on performance of the contract; applicable recordkeeping relies on legal obligations; fraud prevention and handling disputes rely on our legitimate interests.
Whop’s privacy policy explains its collection of account, checkout, device and transaction information, including activity before a completed purchase. An incomplete order does not grant template access or subscribe you to our advertising.
Support email
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. Mail is handled by our domain mail server on the netcup VPS; Whop also processes order-related messages through its systems. Your own email provider participates in transmitting and storing your messages. We use correspondence to answer your request and resolve access, product or billing issues. Please do not send confidential client documents, card details or unnecessary personal information.
Your Notion copy
Duplicating a template does not give us access to your workspace. We do not automatically receive the client records, projects or documents you enter in your copy. Notion processes your account and workspace information under its own terms. If you choose to share information with us for support, share only what is needed and remove confidential data first.
Marketing
Ordering a template does not by itself give us permission to send advertising. We require a separate affirmative opt-in for our promotional emails. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us or using an unsubscribe option in the message. Delivery, support and essential order messages are separate from advertising.
Recipients and international processing
Information is processed by us and by providers needed to host the website, deliver email and process orders, including netcup and Whop. We may share relevant information with competent authorities or professional advisers where legally required or necessary to address a dispute. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Our website hosting is in Germany, and we operate and access support and order information from Montenegro. Whop and Notion may process information in other countries, including the United States. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards and rights applicable to their processing. Contact us for information about our handling of your order and support records; provider safeguards should not be understood as a separate certification of Cybertrans Studio.
How long information is kept
Current server rotation settings retain four weekly archives of web and mailbox-access logs in addition to the current log. Routine mail-transport logs retain ten daily archives in addition to the current log. Webmail application logs retain twelve monthly archives; mail diagnostic logs also have size-based rotation. These are rotation settings, rather than a guarantee that every record is deleted on an exact day. Empty logs may not rotate, and relevant records may be retained longer to investigate an incident or meet a legal requirement.
Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request, provide related continuing support or address a dispute. Order records are kept while needed to verify the purchased license, handle refunds or disputes, and meet applicable legal recordkeeping duties. Retention depends on the record's purpose, whether an issue remains open and any applicable legal period; unnecessary information should not be included in support messages. Whop retains its own records under its privacy notice and legal obligations. A deletion request does not require records subject to a legal retention duty to be erased.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. Contact the address above; for information controlled by Whop or Notion, you may also contact that provider directly.
Where GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a permitted extension is needed, we explain the reason within that month. You may complain to a supervisory authority in the EEA country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. We do not use your information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; Whop's own fraud and payment decisions are described in its notice.
Provider notices and updates
See netcup's privacy notice, Whop's privacy notice. Notion provides its privacy notice through its service. We will update this page if our processing changes. The date above identifies the current version.
