Refund policy

7-day refund request policy

For paid Cybertrans Studio Notion workspace editions purchased through Whop, contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if you cannot access the purchased template, it materially differs from its published description, or a reproducible defect prevents an advertised feature from working. This is a conditional refund policy, not a trial or an unconditional money-back guarantee.

We will first offer delivery assistance or a reasonable opportunity to resolve the reported issue. If we cannot deliver the purchased edition or resolve a qualifying issue, we will arrange a full refund. Submit your request within 7 days; resolution and payment processing may take longer. Applicable legal deadlines and remedies take precedence.

What the voluntary policy does not cover

A change of mind after delivery, a preference for a different layout, buying only to copy the template, or expecting features that were not advertised does not qualify for a voluntary refund. Problems caused solely by your modifications, workspace permissions, or a third-party service are not template defects unless the product's description was materially inaccurate. Please review the feature list and the Free edition before buying. These exclusions do not override mandatory consumer rights.

How to request a refund

Email support.studio@cybertrans.me with your order reference, checkout email and a description of the problem. Where needed, we may ask for steps to reproduce it or a screenshot with confidential information removed. Do not send payment-card details or client data. For billing assistance, you can also contact Whop Help Center.

Refunds are processed through Whop. The time for the money to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution. We do not deduct our payment-processing fee from an approved full refund.

Using the template after a full refund

A full refund ends the license for the refunded paid edition. Please stop using it and delete its template copies. You may first export and retain your own client data, work and deliverables. Your separate right to use the Free edition is unaffected.

A Notion copy is stored in your own account. A refund does not automatically delete it, and we do not remotely access or erase your workspace.

After 7 days

The voluntary request period is 7 calendar days. Mandatory rights relating to non-delivery, defective or misdescribed digital content, withdrawal where applicable, and other statutory remedies are not limited to this period. Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly to Whop. Whop's applicable purchase terms and its authority to issue refunds remain unaffected.

Free edition and store availability

The Free edition has no purchase amount to refund. Free orders are claimed through Whop.
